To welcome in 2025, we are pleased to be offering a 21 Day Meditation Challenge focusing on finding your unique space.
Whether you are new to meditation or have had some meditation experience, these 5 minute recordings will assist you to realize the benefits of meditation without trying to “empty the mind”. Every few days you will be introduced to what the following practices will focus on to help you to understand the process.
These short recordings will include:
- An introduction to meditation
- An introduction to your unique space
- An introduction to the ‘Seer’
- An introduction to meditating on the breath
- An introduction to awareness of the spine
- An introduction to ‘Om’
About Lucy
I have studied meditation in the UK, Australia, America and India. I am excited that the findings of modern neuroscience tie in with the wisdom of the original practices and my own experience of almost 20 years of almost daily meditation practice.
I created this 21 Day Meditation Challenge ten years ago as a way to share these practices and tools that are so easily accessible and have real benefits to people in a high stress world.
My 21 Day Meditation Challenge is free to all. You simply listen to a track each day here on spotify.
