Embrace the coming spring with four weeks of focused yoga and see for yourself the difference a regular practice can make.
Hurray February! Literally every right thinking person’s favourite month of the year.
Once again we gird our loins, tighten our straps, plump our bolsters and fold our blankets in readiness for the Yoga One Bournemouth annual February 28 Day Yoga Challenge.
Will this be the year you make all twenty eight days? I do hope so, I’ll be very disappointed otherwise.
The way we run our challenges is for everyone to set their own goal that is ideally ambitious but realistic.
For example:
- If you practice once a week, aim for 2 classes a week this month and see if you can hit a target of 8 classes over the month.
- If you’re already practicing very regularly, say 3-4 times a week, you could challenge yourself to 5 classes a week, for a total of 20 for the month.
- If you’re super motivated why not commit to practicing every single day? We’re always amazed at how many students do this every year and succeed in their goal.
Last year my aim was a mighty 4 classes (which I’m sure I smashed!!) but with the babies in nursery I reckon I can double that this year and commit to an awe inspiring 8 classes!
Our practice is both the journey and the goal, the key is not to get too caught up on the numbers but just practice and enjoy practising.
If you have a class pass or a One or Two Classes/wk Membership we offer a special Unlimited Classes 28 day challenge pass for £119.
