Formerly known as One for All Yoga and set in the heart of Bournemouth, our studio has a light, airy feel and welcoming atmosphere.

We hope to provide a space where you feel accepted and rewarded each time you arrive on your mat.

As you all know rules governing gyms in the UK are changing on the 12th of April.  After weeks of practising in a makeshift home studio, the announcement of the reopening of fitness centres shone a ray of hope to everyone who’s been feeling a little studio-sick.  Our excitement was short-lived however, when the realisation dawned that public classes were discounted from this stage of the road map out of lockdown and despite the safety measures we have in place for reopening, it isn’t coming to an end for us just yet.

So how long will the online classes be continuing?  We’ll be returning to studio classes as soon as it is legit to do so (currently 17th May), at which point the online classes will end.  We appreciate everyone who’s stuck with us throughout lockdown, and we hope you feel the same as we do about wanting to get back to the studio as soon as possible.   Safety concerns differ from person to person, policies differ from place to place, no one likes social distancing but it’s something we have all had to get used to.  

Although our industry has suffered economically, we consider ourselves fortunate that we have been able to switch to an online mode of working that has enabled us to survive as a business and to reopen our doors despite being closed for 10 out of the past 14 months.  Thanks to accessible modern technology we have managed to keep going, keep practising and keep sharing our love of Yoga, as well as appreciating how much more amazing it is to practise in the studio with other people and how lucky we are to have such a beautiful space in which to do so.  

We always say to focus on your own practice and don’t worry about what anyone else is doing and that is our motto both on and off the mat.  When you hold gratitude in your heart and are thankful for what you have, you create the space for worry and fear to be released. The current climate carries a feeling of being closed-in and fear is everywhere, but by taking control of your own reactions you can feel grateful for what you’ve got right now and for what the world has to offer as it begins to open back up.
