Wellbeing by the Lakes Festival!

Our three favourite things are Yoga, nature and having fun.  We’re especially happy when we can experience all three at the same time.  The powerful duo of nature and Yoga is perfect to de-stress.  And our friends over at Sculpture by the Lakes agree.  And that’s why they’re hosting the super-fun Wellbeing by the Lakes festival this September.

Wellbeing by the Lakes is a 5-day festival exploring what it means to be mindful and live well in this fast-paced modern world.  As well as Yoga classes there will be various other movement sessions, expert talks, art, meditation, sound baths and healing therapies.  All set in a picturesque sculpture park nestled in 26 acres of Dorset’s glorious countryside.  It’s a playful and restorative day out of the norm.  And that’s something we can all benefit from.  This festival had its debut in 2019 but had to postpone the 2020 event because of the pandemic.   This year it’s back to showcase a diverse range of fresh experiences for health and wellbeing.  Yours truly Jesse and Lucy will be teaching Vinyasa and Yin respectively (Friday only).

This time around, in order to make it as accessible to as many people as possible, they’re scrapping the first-come-first-serve arrangement and just charging the regular park entry fee.  Included in the entry fee will be the marketplace, talks, access to the sculpture park, art gallery, cafe and a selection of free sessions.  All sound healings, treatments and classes in the Move and Flow tent such as Jesse’s and Lucy’s, are bookable in advance and paid for separately.
